good questions. fewer surprises.

Define the conditions before the build begins. These answers explain the starting conversation and the boundaries of this website.

01What should I bring?+

A real workflow, the person it serves, what currently breaks, and the outcome you need. Existing code, constraints, and examples help; credentials and confidential records do not belong in the first brief.

02Can you work with an existing codebase?+

That is one of the starting points for architecture and reliability work. Access, reproducibility, dependencies, and ownership are assessed before deciding whether to repair, extend, or replace a part of the system.

03Do I need an AI system?+

Only when the task benefits from one and quality can be evaluated. Rules, conventional software, and human review remain useful parts of the design. Start with the work, not a model choice.

04How do pricing and timing work?+

They are agreed around the scope, acceptance criteria, access, and dependencies. There is no automatic estimate or fixed package on this website. A brief starts the scoping conversation; it does not book or purchase an engagement.

05What happens after the brief?+

Review the text, then copy it, download it, or open an email draft. Nothing is sent by this site. If you choose to send it, the conversation can establish fit, missing context, and a concrete scope.

06What do I own after delivery?+

Source access, intellectual property, infrastructure accounts, documentation, and support responsibilities should be explicitly agreed in the engagement terms. The service descriptions here do not replace those terms.

07What counts as finished?+

The agreed behavior must be demonstrated in the relevant environment. Verification evidence, unresolved limitations, deployment access, recovery instructions, and a named operator belong in the handover.

08Are these client case studies?+

The work index contains BWE public product references and conceptual review questions. It does not claim external client work, authenticated verification, or measured business results.
